I originally got this to use in smoothies. But then had the amazing idea to use it in a banoffee pie. My husband doesn’t like chunks of bananas, so I used this in the bream topping, and my gosh, it was stunning. Value for money ✅ texture✅ smell✅

I ordered this as an alternative to sugar in baking recipes.It works great, gives a slight banana taste to my muffins, slight sweetness from the bananas. A great way to continue to enjoy baked goods

I used this powder to make these Banana and poppyseed cookies from 100 Cookies by Sarah Kieffer and they were really delicious, the banana flavour comes through very well and isn't overpowering or synthetic.

Excellent in home made icecream and buttercream icing , cakes , milkshakes and anything you want to add colour and flvour too, highly reconmmend
