It’s very good and mild to my gut. It’s too early for me to know its full benefits. My blood sugar is kind of a lowering side .

Herbs in a powder
Cloves have improved my health. The fact that other ingredients are blended in means I dont need additional herbs. I just mix this in any drink I am using and feel the benefits.

Couldn’t tell you if these work without providing real evidence such as blood work. That said, I do not take vitamins, though I eat mostly clean and I figured this combination of herbs and spices may help fill in some deficiencies or even help prevent illness and inflammation. Since I have been taking them, I have felt “normal” and have not been sick or as sore from the gym (recovery seems to be faster). Can I say it’s because of this product? Absolutely not. But it is one of the only recent factors that I have changed and I do feel a difference in my day to day experiences. Placebo effect? Maybe. If I discover any evidence to suggest these indefinitely work I will update my review. But for now I do recommend them and I think the price is fair. They smell great too!
