I love the energy that I get from using this.

So I wouldn’t say that these are bad by any means, but I ended up not really using the shiljat as much as I was hoping to. It is very sticky and goopy, but it comes with a little stick and you’re supposed to add it to hot water. It’s got kind of a maple leaf earthy. sent and got a syrup like texture. I think if you were to take this long-term, you would see positive results, but for me, I just couldn’t get into the routine of taking this every day. I do still keep it on my medicine shelf, and I added it in every once in a while so the product is good. And this was the best price that I could find on the market. It’s a small little jar, but it will last you a long time. You just have to be OK with your fingers getting a little sticky sometimes. I was gonna give it three stars, but I felt that wasn’t fair, because the product is good. I just don’t think I’m a. Shiljat person. It just didn’t do it for me and I think that’s a personal thing.

I have purchased this item several times but the the last couple of them were of thinner consistency and the last one I received didn't even taste the same. It actually had a sweet taste to it which is NOT what shilajit tastes like! Will not be purchasing again.

I don't like the smell or the taste and it made me feel bad unlike the other brand I tried.

Overall a good product although it started to get a rotten smell after only being opened for about a week. Used this same brand and product in the past and never had that issue.
