Compre este equipo con la idea de reemplazar un Dell Inspiron 3543 que tengo desde hace bastante tiempo. Dell, es un fabricante de excelencia, sin embargo el equipo comprado, presenta los problemas siguientes : no es posible activar windows 11 pro, que trae preinstalado. La bateria a plena carga indica una duracion de 1(h) y fraccion. Al parecer el equipo es usado y renovado, pero no es lo que el vendedor ofrecio. Envie una consulta al vendedor a traves de Amazon, aun espero respuesta. El equipo se va a devolucion, siento que he sido estafado.

DO NOT BUY! This seller bought these laptops in bulk in UAE which was preinstalled with Ubuntu. Removed Linux OS and installed windows without the product and sold it to me. Dell said they can’t do anything about this. So I have a laptop which is not activated. A lot of features don’t work without windows being activated.
