Ive had experience with Smart toilets or extremely high end bidets and ive also used the non-heated value ones. I have to say that Im very impressed with this unit. The hardest part of the installation for me was just the rubber grommets that go into the holes in the toilet for the seat attachment. Other than that it was easy peasy and the installation instructions are easy to follow. Theres also a youtube video which helps as well. All the functions work as advertised and the unit is sturdy and the tank holds more water than I was lead to believe by some of the reviews. For the money I would not hesitate to recommend this or buy it again. If I had to give any knocks on it or make any suggestions for how it could be better, I would say that the control unit could either be removable for wall placement or maybe just an inch or two farther away from the side of the unit to allow for more easier access to all of the buttons. The only other thing I think could be better is the lid. I think the lid is a little flimsy, but again very small gripes for the price.

I love this bidet. I’ve been searching for bidets for skirted toilets for a year. This is the one. My toilet was made by swiss madison. I bought three bidets for each bathroom. I had my handy man to install them (it cost $850 for all) because I am not good at installing things and this bidet needed the plumbing to be attached not under the tank but to the wall mounted line which is the bottom and behind the toilet. You may need a smaller t valve and smaller water line. The ones provided in the bag was not compatible. I guess every house has a different sizing for the toilet plumbing. I had to pay extra money to install but the function of the bidet is the same as or similar to Coway except water filtering system. Coway’s bidet cost more than $800. That’s too much. They actually gave up installing because what they had was not compatible to the skirted toilets. This bidet was made by Daerim which is a good Korean company for bidets. You will have one year warranty. I hope the bidets will last about 10 years.

This product failed after six months it’s a waste. I am continuing my review as I just heard from Barumi and they were actually sending me a brand new bidet. Apparently it is warranted for a year and they responded to me very very quickly and apologized and they’re sending me a brand new one, so I totally would give them another chance and I thank them very much for responding so quickly.. Thank you very much Sean at Barumi for your response. I will let you know how things go. I have changed my review from two stars to four stars because of the fact that they were so quick and response and are sending me a new bidet

Bought this a couple months ago after realizing I had to move past the stone ages and stop using so much toilet paper. I first started looking into the relatively much cheaper nozzles that squirt cold water when you're done using the bathroom, and eventually ended up looking at all the $1000 bidet models that people were recommending all over the internet. Decided to end up in the middle to not bankrupt myself, and I'm completely amazed by this one. It only had a handful of reviews compared to the hundreds, if not thousands, that the other products had when I purchased, but it all completely worked out. I have a beautiful toilet that keeps my bottom clean and warm for a significant but relatively cheap cost, and that's all I really needed.

I have been using mine for a good year now and have zero issues! It really does help reduce toilet paper usage. And if your bathrooms water can get super hot then be careful with the heat on the bidet settings~ it can get extremely hot. The reason I got my bidet was because I got my nails done and didn’t know how to properly wipe with nails, and now I can’t use any other toilet but mine, otherwise I won’t feel clean. Also during the monthly cycle, having warm water clean the area helps reduce pains. Highly recommend!!
