Nice snorkel
The snorkel I purchased is as described. Seems to be well made. Haven’t gotten in the water with it yet though

Great Air Flow!
I’ve owned a number of snorkels over the years, and the Oceanic Ultra-Dry 2 is by far the best. The wider bore provides superior airflow, making it much easier to breathe compared to other snorkels I’ve used. The splash guard works exceptionally well, keeping water out even in choppy conditions. As a bonus, it also has a sleek design and looks great. If you're looking for a high-quality snorkel that performs flawlessly, this is the one to get!

This Snorkel changed my life
This is literally the first snorkel I've ever purchased in my life. I only purchased it because I have a small face and when I go on trips the generic masks never fit me right. I like to accessorize and I'm not ridiculous so I wasn't buying a mask without a snorkel. Besides how many other mouths have been breathing through those public snorkels? What is that juice they soak them in anyway? I have no idea. All I know is if you soaked someone's toothbrush in that stuff, I still wouldn't use it.Now, I live in Vegas so there is much more sand than water. It's safe to say I don't snorkel frequently. But I'm an island girl at heart and I never miss a chance to snorkel on vacation. Jaws himself can not stop me from loving the ocean. That's maybe an overstatement since I'm terrified of sharks but I think it would be a cool story to get bit. And losing a limb TECHNICALLY counts as weight loss. Let's just say I'll take my chances.Previously, I had accepted that fact that snorkeling means I would get a mouth full of sea water every few minutes. This snorkel has changed my entire perspective on snorkeling and I fear I may be spoiled and unable to go back to those wretched public snorkels. I'm a boujee snorkeler for life now.I tested this in Nassau and was checking out a grotto when the tide came in. I was easily able to dive out of the cave hole without an embarrassing water induced asthma attack when I resurfaced. I had been getting annoyed when occasionally my snorkel would plug up. Then I realized it was saving me from the mouth full of water I detest! THIS IS SO REVOLUTIONARY!!! I don't know why no one told me about this. (Okay, some loved ones DID tell me but I ignored them because... who listens to their loved ones instead of strangers reviewing things on the internet?!)So if I do ever get bit by a shark I hope I am wearing this snorkel at the time. I will miss whatever body part may get bitten off, but at least I won't have a mouth full of sea water. It's going to save me so much money trying to re-hydrate on those electrolyte beverages.Again, this is the first snorkel I've ever purchased and I thought it would be good because of the price and brand. So there may be an even more amazing snorkel that fills your mouth with lemon flavor and shoots rainbows out the top. It's possible. However, if a better snorkel does exist I hope I never come across it and get ruined for life again.

Oceanic Ultra-Dry 2 Snorkel keeps the water out
I always end up breathing in and chocking on sea water at least one time when i use a traditional snorkel. However, the Oceanic Ultra-Dry 2 Snorkel has a flapper that closes when water tries to go down the snorkel tube but stays open for air. I used to have to constantly clear the tube before taking a breath or risk taking water into my lungs (Hard to do when your running low of air in your lungs) This snorkel keeps a large majority of water out of the tube even when you go underwater to look at fish, when you come back up, the tube is usually clear, like magic. It's not 100% fool proof but a lot better than the traditional snorkel Makes snorkeling a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

Defective Purge Valve
The purge valve leaked from the first time I put it in the water. I had to keep stopping and pouring the water out, not only did valve leak, but then it wouldn't purge the leaked water. I returned it.

Works very well even with duck diving.
Another item i bought as a backup and ended up liking better than my original dry snorkel. No sticking of the valve and great air volume. easy to clear and no issues with diving down. My new favorite snorkel ... putting my old one as the spare and this one to full time use.

Great Snorkel. 100% Satisfied.
I brought it with me to Cabo San Lucas for both free diving and casual snorkeling. I could breath with no issue at all. I noticed it would automatically block/close the tube if I keep looking down against my chest while snorkeling. I think it is designed to prevent catching large amount of water if the inhaling end tilts too much instead of keeping straight up position. I know some reviews were complaining about this, but I personally kind of like that. Instead of inhaling water and getting chocked by water, once you get used to it and knows it can be fixed by just reposition your head, it doesn't bother me at all.

Overpriced Snorkel 🤿
This was needed for work. It was made like any other crappy snorkel. I figured it would be nice because of the price but unfortunately I was wrong. The reason I went with this one is because it was semi white and teal and that’s hard to find.
