Didn't turn on straight out of the box.
Did not turn on, right out of the box. When the box arrived the packaging was mangled, the styrofoam inside was broken into many pieces. I unboxed everything and fully assembled to try powering up and nothing happens. I plugged in the charger and the charger read green(fully charged). I continued to try the power up button and got nothing. I tried 2-3seconds hold as the directions said, i tried 5 seconds, rapid clicks, everything. It wouldn't turn on and now i've sent back for return.

Perfect for what I needed
So far the scooter seems to be a good buy, battery life isn't the best but is good enough for what I do with it. It is very rough riding even though it's got the suspension. It has plenty of power to scoot me around. One thing that bugs me is the way it folds open, the lock is pretty small and it makes me nervous.

It doesn’t charge up
It stopped working right after thirty days. It comes on but it won’t charge up. I callled customer service to tell them and they wouldn’t take it back. At least send me a different one and take this one back. Don’t buy this Scooter. Now it just sits there and when I turn it on just stays on one bar.

Used
I received a scooter that was used and and poor condition. We're not taking charge and had many missing pieces. The handlebar was broken off.

Great but?!
Worked great for about 3 months .now the rear tire guard feel off and kinda snapped.now the charger either broke or im just having trouble finding it here on Amazon. Bought two already and none fit it .or the battery just stopped taking a charge which would suck because then id just have to buy a new scooter rather then replace the battery. Word great for two months.i use it everyday to do a 5 mile round trip from home to work 5 days a week.three months later i wish i bought a $500 scooter instead of this one.the last one i had i got for $400.it lasted me 3 years and i put almost 2000 miles on it with no issues. Ps on this scooter you also have to tighten the bolts daily if you ride it everyday which kinda sucks

Horrible customer service
Do not buy from Hurtle, customer service is horrible. Battery went dead, spent 2 months trying to replace, no help.
