Great ceramic griddle
Love the surface of this griddle. The ceramic makes it very easy to cook with, does not stick. Cleans up really easy with just the use of a paper towel. The heat level seems to be right on. Griddle works really well. Thank you for such a great product.

So far its great
Bought a different electric griddle with high reviews, and didnt like it. The griddle had a textured surface that was difficult to get clean and after a few months it was stained, and couldnt be cleaned. Got this one, and so far, its excellent. Lightweight, the surface is super easy to clean and cook on.

I love this griddle!
I absolutely love this griddle! I was in the market for an electric griddle but wanted to avoid Teflon. The ceramic surface is a fantastic alternative. It's very durable, and the pancakes turned out perfectly! The heat distribution is even, so the food didn’t stick at all. The griddle easily detaches from the stand and the electric cord, making cleanup a breeze. I highly recommend it!

Wife loves it!
Our old griddle had seen better days and needed to be replaced. Took a chance on this ceramic coated one. My wife loves it. She said she can cook pancakes without and oil or butter. Nothing sticks!

Perfect Non-Stick Griddle
I've purchased this to do quick meals for breakfast and dinner and have searched endlessly, comparing different brands. This griddle is the best, very easy to clean, heats fast, has a huge cooking surface, and does a great job at cooking various meals. The only downside is that the right side tends to be a bit hotter than the left side but not by a great degree.

Brittle Plastic
Very cheaply made. When I used at first I was very impressed at how well the no stick surface worked. very easy to clean . but after about 10 uses the surface is burnt , the plastic frame is cracked , the drip tray melted. If one could stereo-type some thing that was cheaply made , this is the product. Pay the extra and get American made . Or at least something that is not brittle plastic. Cooks fine though. I didn't abuse this product , just kinda' junk.

Broke and customer service hasn’t responded
Sadly, I dropped mine on a tile floor and broke off the handle that goes around the electrical connection. I emailed their customer service over a month ago to inquire about buying a new handle and they have yet to reply. Being able to flip the griddle 180° within the frame is nice, but I miss not having a drain trough.

this thing is huge
This Hamilton Beach 200 Sq. In. Electric Griddle With Adjustable Temperature is huge. I don't know where I'm going to store it. But it does work. I fried some eggs and bacon on it and it didn't stick. I always use some kind of oil or butter when cooking though. The temperature can be controlled with a dial on the plug. It says it's reversible, but I don't understand that. I guess it means it can go with the temp control on either end, so you can just turn the top part around instead of having to turn the whole thing around if you need to plug it in the other side. I don't know. It does cook somewhat unevenly as the heating element makes the part of the grill over it hotter than the rest of the grill. I don't think there's really any way they can keep that from happening though. There's a hole in the grill that lets the excess grease or whatever drip into a tray underneath, but there's no path to the drain hole for the grease to travel. The whole thing is completely level so I don't see the need for the drain hole or the tray. All it does for me is leave a small part of the grill I can't use. I still give it four stars. I does do a good job of making pancakes, french toast, grilled cheese, eggs, bacon, etc.
