These are unroasted and unsalted. I use these for making homemade cashew milk. These cost per cup is less than 25% of what the store charges. I love that these are certified organic here in the U.S. I've already added these to my regular monthly shipments. The taste is so clean and smooth. They are much better than other comparable ones at Tr@d£r J0£s. These taste fresh with no chemicals.
