Different than what we would get sent to us from a medical supplies, however, a lot less $ also. We have used them for for over a week and so far so good. The quality seems just as good and they fit our machines perfectly. They are holding back the pollen and the dust when I have my cpap on and that is what matter, well except they cost way less.
