This product arrived in a timely manner just as the seller said. It was well wrapped in other to protect its parts from any damaged incurred either on storage or transport. The item was just as described, and a loyal representation from the advert, the bigger bonus of this product is, contrary to most flat packs, it did not have almost 100 big and small fittings with make them very time consuming and frustrating to put together. Assembly was very easy and straight forward, the only down side was on the mattress base assembly, as the pre-drilled holes do not match the slates as the distance of both ends of the holes in the slats is roughly 2-3 mm shorter than the ones on the supports. But I have just fitted half the bolts to secure the slates, alternating either side as i fitted the bolts, this still achieved a secure base without having to drill further holes, also my grandson gave it a big thumbs up once he got to lay on it for the first time lol
