Works great. Better quality on everthing. Makes mashing potatos easy and smoother.

So much better than the 2 hander this replaced. The design makes it a simpler one-hand contraption. The pieces fit together for smooth operation, no scratching, and potatoes only come out where they are supposed to come out. Clean up is simple, no stickiness. Not sure if there is a choice of colors, mine is teal, pictured. After cleanup, putting all the pieces together for easy storage

I've never used a potato ricer before and was tired of eating my husbands over mixed mashed potatoes. This came in clutch for Christmas dinner and I will never make mashed potatoes any other way!
