It’s my best earphone ever. I purchased this mainly for Bgmi gameplay ,it gives the accurate sound and direction of the enemy. It does not make any noise while using and the quality is good. Price was also reasonable at the range.

I initially used these while watching movies and videos and listening to music, and never used them for talking. But when I used it for talking, I was surprised by the quality of its microphone. Whomsoever I spoke to, complained that my voice is very low. I checked it with other phones as well, but the result of the microphone remained the same. The warranty is also of no use as I have been following with the company, I have sent the 4 emails, but they replied only once that too asking for the Invoice, after that they haven't replied. It's more than 12 days.

This is a review of "Ptron Boom play X2 type C earphone. Earphone looks great, sound quality is also fine. But .... This is a failed IEM. Earphone goes out from ear frequently . Build quality is good but shape is not correct. Ear canal is very short. Can't be fitted in ear properly. Ptron should be careful to build earphone. So, what have we got? 1. Good build quality with a failed IEM. Does not fit in ear properly. I have tested with four persons' ear. But all in vain. There is a fitting issue. 2. Good audio quality with decent bass and clarity. 3. Wire is not braided but braided texture. 4. No earphone pouch or box, where Portronics gives. 5. Average packaging. (Respect customers 😂) So guys think before purchasing.

This wired earphone has serious functionality issues. As soon as it's connected, it starts acting up — randomly waking up Google Assistant, and suddenly increasing or decreasing the volume without any input. It disrupts the overall experience and makes it difficult to use, especially during calls or while listening to music. Disappointed with the quality — didn’t expect such issues from a wired device.
