We use this in the house to maximize our workouts, muscle recovery, stimulation for our adhd kiddo, and effective lymphatic drainage. Our son gets stimulation and energy regulation after using this to do his homeschooling. This size isn’t too light, but is light enough that we can easily move it around the house. Since using, I have also noticed I am not feeling as swollen when I wake up. I believe my blood circulation is definitely improving. Overall, great quality for the price.

Helped with blood flow in feet and legs. I use this couple times a day has helped with blood flow in feet and legs. Just a couple weeks I can’t get over how well it’s helped legs and feet look amazing with such easy way. I’ve tried compression socks all day and aspirin daily still didn’t help with how legs looked until I got this. I know it’s for exercise but has helped without very much effort. I work on my feet all day so this helps I do in morning before work and again after dinner at night 10 minutes each time. I wish I did before after photos didn’t think to do that. I would recommend talking to your doctor first but it sure has helped me!!! Hope this helps in your decision.

I like this product a lot. It is well made, safe to use with slip resistance top & sturdy. It does the vibration job very well. I have used several levels on it and I consider it to be a great tool for fitness. I am a fitness fanatic, doing pilates, hot yoga, yoga sculpt & walking as well. I feel that this vibration plate forces you to hold your core and glute muscles tight while using it, so right away you are working . I love the benefits of lymphatic drainage for the body while using the machine & also increasing your balance & stability. I intend to do more on it like holding planks & see where that gets me for the upper body & core too. This is a great tool to have at home. It does not take up much space at all, easy to use & I feel safe while using it. I haven't had it long enough to speak about weight loss, but I can see how easy that would come while using it, besides toning & sculpting the body. Seller sent this promptly to me & it arrived well packaged.

Awesome honestly best thing ever. I started with 10 min 5 days a week now I do 20 mins and incorporate squats, side leg lefts and arm exercises then I 5 mins with just my arms on it. I already worked out but this is much softer on my joints and is good for lymph drainage and toning. I’ve been doing it for a month and my husband just said to me my legs look toner. It really works you just need to be consistent like with anything. Good purchase. Good for none Density too

Love this! I am in school and find myself spending hours at the desk. This helps me loosen up my muscles so much. It has a setting so after 10 mins it automatically turns off, which is nice to just hop on first thing in the morning for ten mins while I gather my thoughts, and then I just go on every time I feel something ache or my muscles feel like they need movement. I even bring my laptop on a tall counter near it so I can still work while it shakes my muscles awake. Also, I read that using it helps with your endorphins, and I was skeptical, but honestly I do feel happier after each use. The noise is minimal; my scaredy cat doesn't even move for, like, the first 3 mins that is, and then gets confused. I probably wouldn't have it on in the background of a zoom, but if you're just passing by the office, I don't think you'd know it was even on. As for the sturdiness, its great. I have it on carpet now, and its got a little wobble if you're not standing on it right in the middle. But I also had it on the hardwood, and the suction cups on the bottom really hold, so much so that you have to really put in work to get it off. I'm sitting all day at a computer, so yes it is a great value for the money. I don't think I can stop using it. When you are in pain from sitting long hours and don't have time for the gym or a walk, it 100% a necessity at this point.

I am updating my review. The tracking number I was given was wrong but the product finally arrived with a voltage converter. I used it and my mom used it and we both love it. It is easy to use. If you live in Saudi, think about the voltage issue. I am not impacted by it as I have both 110/220 at home.
