This Bosch machine is proving to be a great item. Was very easy to install. Had it going within 45 minutes of delivery. It looks good and is very quiet. Much quieter than the 18 year old Bosch Machine it is replacing. I purchased Bosch again due to the length of time I had the old one, and no problems during use except for some replacement electric motor brushes that I fitted myself. However, after 18 years of almost daily use, the main drum bearings finally gave up and I bought this new one. New one looks more stylish than the one that it's replaced. The price was also a big factor in getting this machine through Amazon.

Very good device, very quiet and efficient. Only slight quibble is the plastic front door which can feel a bit fragile, previous model had metal one.

I am delighted with this machine. It is quiet, very efficient and has a stunning spin speed. The only improvement would be a timed start. Otherwise it is perfect.

Washes much better than my very old John Lewis washing machine. There’s a speed perfect function which you can use for mixed loads, it takes washing time down from 1 hour to 45 mins which is great when doing multiple loads in a day, but if you have it almost full then it increases its time automatically to about an hour depending on the weight of the load. Delivery guys were great too and double checked everything was working and took my old one away as I paid a bit extra for that option. Love the large capacity too as think it helps keep clothes cleaner. I can definitely notice the improvement in cleanliness compared to my 10 year old John Lewis machine. It does a great job on washing out my sons white stained school shirts too.

Four stars only for the reason that it is still in the packaging. Not able to do myself. Update to follow. 20/06/2025 Machine in use for last 4 days now. Very quiet Easy to operate Many setting to choose from but time will tell. Had a Samsung before this which lasted a sorry 5 years. Hoping much more from this machine 🤞🏻 Looks good in my kitchen.

The washing machine is great it doesn’t use much water it’s very quite and it rebalances itself every so often to reduce noise , the only problem I had was I live In The south west and this was delivered up north first so I had to wait longer while it was sorted out rather annoying

Quiet operation. Solidly built. Works flawlessly. Easy to use. Everything you'd expect from a Bosch. Then there's 5 years parts and labour warranty included. Great value. This machine replaced a 10 year old Samsung with inverter drive. In it's first 3 years it was nothing but trouble. Had the shock absorbers replaced 3 times but it still made knocking/banging when spinning. Printed circuit board controller failed completely after 18 months. Fortunately it had 5 years warranty too. I'm hoping the Bosch won't have any of those problems.
