These are not the most attractive things you will ever wear.. but they are the only thing I could muster up the strength to wear postpartum. I would recommend these over adult diapers to everyone who is expecting. Comfortable to get on and off (and easy to cut off if moving around is a no go). Keeps pads in place and you don’t feel guilty about tossing them if they become soiled. Would absolutely buy again for a future pregnancy.

This product is amazing. I had a hysterectomy and these were the only underwear I could stand to wear because they did not hurt my incisions and they were very stretchy. Also, you can throw them away after each wear.

The panties were hard as a rock and no way to actually wear them. Purchased for my mom but since she just got home from hospital and just opened them , had to throw them away. Terrible product.

Wayyyy too small and seemed cheaply made. I tried stretching them a bit and they ripped immediately. Thin, scratchy material and even if they’d fit it would’ve been uncomfortable. Size up two sizes and it might be an okay value. I couldn’t even use them.
