Poor quality
Really don’t understand the good reviews. Really bad quality and like a beach shoe not something sturdy to do weights in. Brought but sent back.

Me han gustado. Parecen poco resistentes y que se pueden despegar facilmente pero han aguantado bastante bien a pesar de que les he dado buen uso en 2 meses y medio. Vamos a ver cuanto mas aguantan

I'm normally size EU 43-44 with very wide feet. I decided to get the US 11.5-12. The right shoe felt a bit tight across the foot initially but after wearing them for a full gym session I didn't think of it at all. I measured my foot and checked the size table before ordering. If you have wide or high feet and you're in between sizes I would recommend sizing up. Initial thoughts are that they are amazing, they look cool, very light, good grip, easy to put on and very competitive price. Only thing is to see how they hold up after long term use. Recommend.

These shoes are perfect for deadlifts. I did not know they’ll be that comfy, don’t want to take them off. I would recommend following the size guide for a perfect fit.

So I’m writing this review to help others decide to get or not, so I’ve ALWAYS worn cross trainers tennis shoes, either Nike or Reebok but in recent months I’ve switched from just cardio to strength training and HIIT and my legs and knees have been putting in a beating, I’ve tried to figure out if it was incorrect movement or my shoes, and come to find out through trial and error it was my shoe, now it may be different for someone else as we are all different but when I would wear my Adidas EQT flat cross trainers (no arch) I was not getting the pain and DOMS as much and felt like with my sumos and RDLs I needed something completely flat, I do have arch but I have really strong feet so I did my research and purchased these, I wear a women’s size 7.5 and have wide feet, I first bought the 6.5 but they wear too too tight and it compressed too much then next day bought the 7 and it’s a perfect fit with socks, now I could have gotten away with the 6.5 without socks but I don’t want to have stinky shoes so knew I had to go half a size up and it’s a perfect fit! In my living room I tried a sumo and leg squat and what a difference! I saw that in the gym I was moving forward too much and not getting good stability so I know these are just what I needed, im not sure how they’ll hold up in the long run but for 34 bucks it’s worth a shot, I hope this help others, they are nice too but most importantly I think this will help with balance and proper form, for reference I will be wearing these at the gym doing functional training Update: these are phenomenal weight training shoes I know they ain’t Nikes but they have been so good to me, im a couple months they broke in and are even better than new, you got break em in and they have helped so much weight training highly recommend!!!
