I've been using these masks for quite a while now. They are comfortable and seal well. I like it better than the style with the foam padding. The only complaint is the soft cushion separates from the hard plastic mask dome part after about 2 months and creates leaks. I'm not sure what the recommended replacement period is though. Perhaps 2 months is appropriate. The mask is easy to clean also.

Direct fit for my airsense cpap tubing and headgear. For the price i didn’t set my expectations too high. Fairly comfortable, and maintains a proper seal. The mask itself is a cheaper plastic material, and it seems to run smaller than the resmed mask of the same size. And is considerably shallower than its more expensive counterparts (the tip of my nose touches the inside of the mask) It will work in a pinch, but if you are looking for a long term replacement I would look into a higher quality mask.

Not sure of the design or components. Since my replacement I have had issues with the seal. I start out with a good seal and then sometime in the night it shifts or something and the seal flutters. I have been using a cpap machine for over 10 years and never had issues with facial seal. I have not gained weight. The only thing that changed was the mask. I have to believe it is this product that is causing my issues.
