They Work Like a Charm
They are the thickness that is described, which provides the height that I need. They retain their thickness and stay attached to the heel. I didn't have to trim them at all. They have taken care of my problem and are comfortable to wear. I feel they are a good value.

Great Pads for Heel Spurs
A doctor gave my wife a pair of these a few years ago. She used them and passed them on to me when I developed a heel spur. I've tried gel pads and foam pads but the used felt pads she gave me still worked the best. Have been looking for these heel pads for a while and finally stumbled upon them on Amazon. Will definitely be purchasing more if needed. the pack I ordered was short a pair. I contacted the vendor, got great customer service and they immediately corrected the error. Very satisfied!

Great for my heel spurs
I have heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. These are great to elevate my heel ever so slightly and provide some cushion. I attach them to my inserts and they are great. They eventually slip down from walking, but I’ve been able to peel them off and re-attach several times. Very durable and stays sticky. Fits my shoes perfectly—for reference I wear a 9 women’s shoe.

Huge heel cushions
These heel cushions work--but they will fit an elephant's foot. I needed to trim them in order to fit them in my shoe. I can only hope that the manufacturer will label the cushion as to size so that cutting them down will not be necessary in the future.

Great lifts, preferred over the 1/4 inch version.
Years of standing gave my feet a beating. Bone spurs that were resolved with surgery, achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis. With the help of my podiatrist, I've learned how to modify my shoes to make them feel much better. My personal combo is this with Sole shoe inserts (the cork kind!). Without lifts, it's pretty uncomfortable to go downstairs. With the lifts, it's so much better! Standing and walking in general is much more comfortable as well. Anyway, I used to use the 1/4 inch lifts, but usually squashed them down over time and had to add another. This 1/2 inch version just cuts to the chase. For regular shoes where they would be covered with a shoe insert, they stay in place pretty well without using the adhesive backing. The only time I used the adhesive backing is when I tried them out on some around the house slippers and they've been holding just fine and made a world of difference.

Not heavy. Fits well.
Love these, just need a little lift and soft heel support. This is my third reorder.

Excellent Value
My concern was that I would be unable to reduce the thickness of the heel cushion & I don't seem to require a 1/4" lift. It requires a bit of patience, but I was able to remove the top layer of the pad so that the overall thickness would work for me. I need about an 1/8" increase for my right heel as my right leg is shorter due to a bone fracture that I had at the knee on my right leg. Since I only use one pad for each pair of shoes, the set of 6 pairs will well work for me. The adhesive seems to work to keep the insert in place. I have also inserted a pad in the house slipper for my right foot as well as into my walking shoes.
