This lens delivers above it's weight!
This lens is perfect for the lumix s5ii. I was considering buying the lumix s pro 24-70 2.8, but after reading reviews and comparing prices the sigma 24-70 f2.8 dg dn ii made way more sense. I mainly use it for photography, and for that purpose it is super sharp, and fast to focus. I have also used it for video and it also deliver excellent video quality. Its not a light lens by any means but its much lighter than the Lumix version and the version one, then you think about all the focal lengths that it covers and its worth it without a doubt!

This is a great lens for my Lumix S5II and S9. It's large and heavy but the photos are great.

The bomb video lens for my Panasonic S5 II. This is awsome! The best lens I have used yet for video. It is perfect for the video I take at our church. Super clear and great in low light with the constant F2.8 apperature. For the money you can not be Sigma!

I love it
Absolutely love this lens. Pictures are sharp and crystal clear. The 24-70 focal range is perfect for just about everything I shoot. Great in low light, too. It is a little heavy, but that is the only minor issue… and it isn’t really even an issue.

『小さい』『軽い』はカメラ業界では正義ですが、それに加えて描写力も半端ないので非常に素晴らしいレンズだと思います。 ソニーのSEL2470GM2がライバルと言われていますが、まさにその通りです。 強いて個性を述べるとすると、ソニーの方が全体的にパキッとした印象で、シグマの方はやや温かみがある印象です。 また、シグマの方が色味がサラッとしているような気がして、ソニーはやはり赤が強いのとコントラストが強めな印象です。 これだけは改善してもらいたい！というポイントは、ズームリングが逆回転というトコロ。 正直、Nikon以外は全部同じ方向にズームするのですが、SIGMAはNikon式、逆に回ります。 咄嗟にレンズ交換すると思わず逆に回してしまうので、回転方向は逆に戻してください・・・
