This stuff is amazing! Was the perfect solution to get some privacy with these little windows. Had to be careful cutting, but it looks great!!! And still lets in the light.

This was so easy to install and the results are great, the colors when the light hits it directly are gorgeous and no one can see in, and it still looks great at night I recommend a bigger sprayer to make installation easy

It’s beautiful! I wish it came on a grid paper to make for easier cutting but it is stunning. As an ADHD instant gratification an no time to measure twice it serves well for my windows. The light coming through is beautiful. Moderately easy to apply if you’re patient.

Love the quality and color and surprised it stuck so well !!! It’s like having prism glass windows you see rainbows everywhere when the sun hits it ! Very beautiful and elegant though not flashy or trashy !! Depending the angle it’s just clear frost then you see shimmers . I love it at first thought it could be to girly but after install its actual elegant and elevated the space for sure ! I get compliments when company comes by and way less work than the old adhesive type and removed super easy if you want a change or replacement use scissors because it’s not smooth to cut ! I’m disabled and it did it and maybe 5 to 10 min two windows

Great stuff - got the blackout version and it blocks the light 100% wherever you put it. Love it. I got a new monitor a few months back, and have a high half-moon shaped window directly behind me in my front door, which faces west, so the sun was always glaring in on my computer screen every day for the few hours before sunset (except on super cloudy or rainy days). I have extremely light sensitive eyes, and even though my monitor has a glare-free coating, the glare has been brutal and headache inducing. (Plus, the anti-glare coating on modern monitors is not all that fabulous honestly - I miss the truly matte monitors of old that didn't cost multiple thousands of dollars like they do now.) Since this stuff was a SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper solution than getting a crazy expensive new monitor, I ran with it and am so glad I did. It is pure black almost all the time. I do have daylight LED light bulbs for nighttime, and that's when the rainbows show up beautifully on the inside. I don't know how well the rainbow/holo coating would work with regular incandescent or fluorescent lighting but it definitely shows up with your normal daylight LED light bulbs on in the evening. Mine are 4500 temperature range, maybe 5000? They aren't the soft 2700 or 3000 warmer temp ones - those ones drive me batty because my eyes see everything as "dingy" with them - probably due to my eye issues. Anyway so yeah these are fabulous but the holo/rainbow effect requires good indoor lighting to see it. Otherwise, it's just solid black but it absolutely does it's job of blocking out 100% of the light!! So simple. So effective.

I love you so much I want to put them on every window in my house Not only do they give me extra privacy but they're absolutely beautiful and when the sun hits it just right prism shoot all over my wall! Super easy to install. Just make sure you're read the instructions first! I got two rolls for my kitchen window and have some left over.

Absolutely love this film. Easy to apply and looks so wonderful in sunshine. Provides privacy as well. 10/10 recommend.

Update: a little bit of time has passed since I applied the window decal and some of the stubborn edges that wouldn’t adhere eventually stuck to the window over time due to me running my finger over the lifted edges with some water while I was in the shower. Not all edges have quite stuck to the window though. I did find that the decal is incredibly see through so warning to those that might be trying to apply to a bathroom window, people can see you pretty clearly from the other side. I did try to apply another piece of decal to the outside of the window and it is lifting slightly due to the elements which is probably expected but I was hoping that applying the decal to both inside and outside of the window would maybe create a little more privacy. While it does make the window a little more blurry I still feel like it isn’t the amount of privacy I had hoped for. We live in a small town in a rural area so hoping nobody will be looking through our bathroom window but I’m keeping it up as it is pretty when the sunlight hits it just right every morning and creates pretty rainbows. There was just a black film over our bathroom window previously when we moved in so this is a lot more appealing to look at. Would also like to mention that the decal has stayed in place, no peeling from the steam from the shower. I read the directions several times before starting and found that cutting the piece you will be using slightly larger like instructions state, made it more difficult for me to apply it. The edges pop up due to the piece being slightly larger than the size of the glass which makes it difficult to accurately cut it to the correct window size. Also, during cutting my knife kept catching on the film which resulted in the whole piece shifting and again getting an inaccurate cut. Next I tried squeegeeing the soapy water out and found that some of the edges would just not stay down. I tried respraying the difficult corners and squeegeeing them over several times and can not get them to stay down. I will have to see how they hold up over time as they are in my shower window and update on visibility and light when it’s day time.

Zunächst einmal war ich vor dem Bestellen sehr irritiert, dass einige Rezensionen den Halt der Folie kritisieren. Bei dem Preis habe ich trotzdem zugeschlagen und es nicht bereut. Wichtig ist, dass keine Seifenlösung sondern eine Lösung aus Wasser und NEUTRALREINIGER verwendet wird. Durch den NEUTRALREINIGER (ich habe den günstigsten bei Edeka gekauft) kommt es zu keiner Schlierenbildung. Außerdem ist es wichtig die Glasscheibe vorher ordentlich zu reinigen und zur Not auch mit einem Ceranfeldkratzer grobe Verunreinigungen zu entfernen. Danach sollte die Scheibe mit der Lösung großzügig benetzt werden --> das erkennt man daran, dass die Folie sich auf der Scheibe bewegen lässt. Danach muss von innen nach Außen die Lösung herausgedrückt werden. Ich habe dafür einen Duschabzieher genommen. Wenn man das ordentlich macht, dann lässt sich die Folie nicht mehr verschieben. Mit einem Cuttermesser habe ich danach die Enden abgeschnitten und nochmal alles schön mit dem Duschabzieher bearbeitet. An einer Seite wollte die Folie tatsächlich nicht halten. Das lag daran, dass diese bei der Lieferung auf einer Rolle aufgerollt wird und die Folie sich am Ende leicht gewölbt hat. Als Lösung habe ich die Enden auf die andere Seite vorsichtig geknickt wodurch die Folie dann wieder gerade war. Danach konnte ich diese problemlos befestigen. Übrigens lässt sich die Folie prima alleine anbringen und man hat mehrere Versuche, falls irgendwas misslingt oder man dennoch Dreck an der Scheibe finden. Die Folie ist wunderbar blickdicht aber trotzdem lichtdurchlässig. Zum UV-Schutz kann ich leider wenig sagen.

Artikel wie beschrieben. Das Anbringen ohne Luftblasen ist nicht ganz einfach, ich habe es schon bei mehreren solcher Folien nicht ganz ohne geschafft, störte aber nicht weiter. Vielleicht fehlt mir auch einfach die Geduld für perfektes Anbringen. Aber das liegt an mir, nicht an dem Produkt. Wenn möglich, besser zu zweit arbeiten. Es kommt wirklich viel Licht durch, ohne dass es durchsichtig ist, und die Regenbogen-Farbeffekte sind sehr nett.

Wunderschön, lässt viel Licht rein und bietet trotzdem etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Und das Motiv wertet den Raum wirklich auf einzigartige Weise auf! Bin zufrieden. Installation ging auch super fix.

When I received this, I initially had misgivings as to how much privacy they would actually give, since the film looks clear when you open it. I was afraid that if I cut the film to try it on my windows, I wouldn't be able to return it if it didn't give me the privacy I wanted. The company contacted me to check I had received my purchase safely, and they reassured me that I could try out the film, and that if not entirely satisfied, they would accept a return and give me a full refund - you can't ask for more than that! I was very pleased with the end result. I could say that the film gives at least 90% privacy. Someone would have to press their face up to the glass to try to peer in and even then, they wouldn't be able to see much. The colours you can see when sunlight hits the film are absolutely beautiful - I often catch myself admiring them throughout the day. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this seller and product.
