One of the best gels on the market! Very neutral taste and super easy on the stomach. I managed to eat 3 per hour plus carb mix during a race with no problems. The only thing is that they are way more expensive on amazon compared to the styrkr website. The shipping and checkout was very convenient though and I had them in time for a spontaneous trip.

Really impressed with these! I’ve tried a few different brands of gels before and I’ve never really felt the benefit and if anything I’ve found I’ve bonked quicker. Most of my training has been done powered by sweets. But I need some gels for the bigger rides and races. I’ve tried these and they are fab!! Thicker than some other well known gels but far less sticky. Not an overpowering taste and easy to swallow. No after taste or bloating either! Definitely recommend!

Texture and taste not bad, other gels had made me gag! Definitely helped me with marathon training. Large gel as well so one needed for 1.5 hour run for example.
