There was a problem, but the seller was amazing and took care of it promptly.
First, the item is very nice. This is my second "carport" and in comparison to the first one I got (from another seller) this one is of better quality. The bracing bars and the brackets used to attach them are top notch and really stiffen the frame up nicely. My other carport had only bars that I had to screw into the other poles with self tappers, that wallowed out and didn't do much for support. This one has solid braces that attach and hold firm. Also, the canvas fit nicely, not too tight, where it pulls out the eyelets, but tight enough to look good. There was a problem one of the canvases, but the seller took care of it quickly, and politely. A good seller is one that takes care of their customers when there is an issue...this is a good seller. Highly Recommend the product and most importanly...the seller. A+.

Durability
Great tent tarp roofs held up under 6 inches of heavy snow. Set up is dummy proof, I do recommend buying screw in tie downs so you don’t have the tie down ropes sticking out too far I just screwed them in right next to the tent to save space next to it. Overall great tent very durable. Decent price for what it is.

Do not buy this item thinking it will fit your 13x20 frame. It won't. Very poorly made.
This car port canopy cover is not as advertised. It does not fit my 13x20 frame I also bought on Amazon. I installed the cover yesterday and size wise it is almost right. The ends line up as they should. The sides on the other hand are another issue. The grommets used to connect the bungee cords are too far away from the frame. So I had to go purchase long zip ties and have to throw the bungee ones it came with away. Also, the four corner leg covers are too short and will not attach to the frame unless I drill additional holes. Plus as you can see in the pics it is not even the same color everywhere. Really cheap and poorly made. Stay away. Biggest issue is that it came with a manufacturing defect where there is already a rip beginning in the top where the material is definitely thinner than the surrounding material. That rip will only get larger very quickly. Not good. I contacted Vevor customer support and it is the worst. I sent them a video and pictures and they said it is not a problem and offered me a $15 refund. What is that going to do? It certainly does not solve the problem of a rip in my cover does it? I bought it over 30 days ago and cannot return it on Amazon either, so I need to buy a new one to replace my "new" one I just put up yesterday. Do not buy from Vevor if you want any customer service to the Chinese products they are selling. Their website even says there is a one year warranty on the item. They should do the right thing and just replace the top. I will not buy or recommend anything from Vevor to everyone. Update August 27, 2025: After contacting Vevor and uploading a complaint on their website in addition to emailing them with the response I received from the customer support woman, they decided to send me a replacement top at no charge. I have not opened it yet to inspect the build quality, but at least I have a backup now for when the one I installed does rip even more.

A good value, decent-sized temporary garage. Easily constructed.
This product arrived on time. The package was damaged in shipping, yet the pieces were all there. I would caution customers to be available when the package arrives as it's heavy and the delivery guy was sure glad of the assistance! The product isn't too expensive -- within my budget - so I wasn't expecting it to be the Ritz of carports and it exceeded my expectations. I'd say it is great value. It went together very easily -- I put it together myself without help in an afternoon. One of the poles was misshapen and wouldn't fit the bracket until I persuaded it gently with a hammer; another pole had a kink, but on the whole the product is well-designed and fabricated. The connectors for the 'legs' of the tarp are made a bit flimsily so I beefed them up with paracord. I also crisscrossed paracord inside the roof tarp because I live in Wisconsin and can get a lot of snow, so I was considering the snow load. It is really easy to knock the snow off from the inside however. It has protected my car through 2 snowstorms since I put it up, survived pretty windy conditions, and seems to be holding together well. It is the exact perfect size for me, length, width, and height. I keep my SUV in it, and it could easily fit a pickup truck. I'd rate the product 5 stars if it wasn't slightly damaged when I received it -- likely the fault of the shipper, but damaged nonetheless.

Sets up nicely
I got this to survive hail season where I live. I bought a new vehicle and the moment after I bought it the hail storms began coming. This thing is great. One thing I have done since I live on a prairie: I added sandbags. I think I have about 580 pounds or so of sand on this to weigh it down. I want to convert all my bags to hard-sided water weights, but once I added more bags, it has not budged. I also bought the longer anchors that are sold here on Amazon, the ones with the spinners that go deeper into the ground. I am in a rental, so this is a non-permanent option to keep my vehicle safe and also reduce the bird crap that white vehicles seem to attract (I would've preferred a red vehicle, but I bought used to save money... sooo). I live in a high-wind area and all of this has helped me immensely. I will add more weights and likely remove the tarps for winter, but otherwise I think it will stay up for the at least 2 years I'm going to be here. If things change, I will get some buckets and concrete. The frame is sturdy and nice. My dad and I set it up one afternoon. Only thing I would change set-up wise is I would do the tarps before putting the rest of the legs on because otherwise you have to hop on a Little Giant to get them up and if you live in a windy area, that can be nerve wracking. So, in conclusion: it can work in windy areas, factor the costs of sand, sand bags/weights, concrete, anchors, etc., into the price of this, but it is nice. I have a small SUV and it fits fine beneath this little guy. I just zip it up if hail is coming and it stays stable. I could also probably set this up myself. (I also live alone, so this gives me some added privacy from my neighbors when leaving for work or coming back for lunch.)

great hardware, easy assembly, and holds up to Canadian weather. No galvanized-steel to rust or cut yourself on. Nice aluminum tubes, good hardware, and even includes some extras that typically get lost/broken. No issues setting up, and has held up against a Canadian style rain and snow storm. Keeps my bike nice and dry.

Sollte man nur im Sommer gebrauchen da im Winter die Farbe abgeht und das Material porös wird
