I’ve been taking these for well over 6 months know. I had a week where I ran out and my god did I notice the difference! These have made a huge difference to my insides. I’m able to eat freely and not worry about triggering my IBS constantly. Your mileage may vary but for me they’ve been a god send!

I purchased these initially because I want to improve gut health. I had taken a few dose of antibiotics and this cause mess with you stomach flora and fauna. Now I started taking them and the next I basically had let's just say loose bowels. Completely predictable but loose. I figured it was these upsetting my stomach (In other words getting rid of the bad stuff) and had already thought it may so no surprise. Day 3 I was fine again. I have been taking them for a short while and they are now part of my daily routine. My stomach stuck out a little and felt a little bloated. This slowly went away over the next few weeks and has stayed flatter. I feelninhave more energy most days. Not everyday but more often than not. I also find myself hardly taking hardly any antacids any more and that was a twice a week occurrence. They are beneficial and at first it may not seem like it but in the end they are good.

I bought these as my usual brand has now gone up to £16! I found them easy to swallow. The trouble is that since taking them ,I feel full all the time and slightly bloated. Great if you feel like dieting! Also, I do get a little digestion after eating anything Next time, I think I will bite the bullet and go back to my usual brand as I don't get any side effects with them and no indigestion either
