I love this, makes my hair super glossy and very easy to use

If you haven't used this before watch You tube and educate yourself, as I did. I knew what I wanted but could never get the result at the hairdressers - it was never quite the colour, tone or look that I wanted, so tried myself - I was so surprised how well it turned out, saved a lot of money and am really pleased. It is so kind to the hair and gives a high gloss sheen too.

This product is great and it works better than any other, though the seller is somewhat obnoxious... The item is listed as a 300ml bottle in the options though the description states 60ml. I thought I was getting a bargain with a 300ml bottle but what came was a 60ml. When I contacted the seller their response was a bit off hand, with no need because I was super polite with my message to them, yet it almost pointed out how I was dumb and it must be an issue with amazon, which as of today (a month later) still doesn't look to have been updated. See image attached... Will be buying this product again, just not from this seller 😉

Don’t believe these are genuine Redken products as ordered 2 x 04M Smoked Cedar. 2 bottles have arrived with the same colour code but 1 is labelled as Moroccan Sands.

Absolutely fab service - so fast, couldn't beleive it! Lovely seller!! As for the product.....perfect.....I have bleached my roots( rest of hair previously bleached), mixed this colour (09v) with 09p and 09t and some clear, plus processing solution of course...applied to whole head, let it sit for a while( longer than the recommended 20 minutes).....and the hair of my dreams has been revealed! Stuff is the best toner I have EVER used... won't use anything else!

So this stuff works perhaps a little too well.. I left it on for a full 20 minutes. I usually have platinum white hair usually using another well known brand toner. I used this with the Redken developer.. never will I leave it on so long my hair has gone grey (first pic that has no flash on is the true colour) My hair has absorbed the purple tone which has turned it grey 😳 I just wanted a fresh platinum white. I don’t know if to leave it and prey it fades or bleach bath my hair 😳 This toner is very very good but careful how long you leave it on. I’ve since ordered another bottle and this time I only left it on my roots 4-5 mins and the rest of my hair around 3 mins.
