Daily Ritual womens Jersey Short-Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt Dress

This is the second color I have ordered in this dress. It's cool, comfortable and easy to dress up with flats and cute jewelry, or dress down with sneakers and a denim jacket. The material is very soft but not clingy. It washes well. I wash on delicate cycle and hang dry. I am 5'8" ,120 lbs and struggle finding t-shirt dresses that aren't too short. This hits about 2 inches above my knee. I also love the slimmer fit. A lot of t-shirt dresses fit like you're wearing a big and tall size in men's. This is cut for a female figure. Amazon recommended an x-small but I sized up to a small because I didn't want it to tight. The fit is perfect for me. If you want a more fitted look I would stick to your recommended size. I wish they had more spring/summer colors because I would order more. I have the black with white stripes as well as this rose color.

I was a little skeptical that this clingy fabric would work for me, in my 50's, but I am quite relieved to find it fits perfectly. I'm 5'0" and 120lbs, and I ordered a M to be sure it would not be tight and too revealing. The cut of the dress dips in at the waist very slightly so I don't have to wear a belt to prevent a boxy look, which is great, and the length is good for me, though I have short legs so others might find it shorter on them. It is lightweight but not seethrough at all, and is cool and extremely comfortable. I can wear this with sandals, wedges, etc. in the warmer months, or with boots and a cool belt and a jean jacket and tights in the cooler months. A great piece for layering and also alone for summertime wear, can be dressed up or down. I'll get more colors.

This is a great little dress. I am 5'9", 140 lbs. -- the medium fit perfect. Most of my height is in my legs and this hits about 3-4" above the knee on me. I was mostly looking for something that I could throw on after a shower that would look decent but be comfortable. This fulfills my expectations and it is nice enough that you could add some jewelry and run errands in it. The fabric is soft and flows nice but is not clingy. Great for the summer by itself, but I can see wearing it into the fall/winter with leggings and a cardigan.

I bought both the black and navy in a size XL. I am normally a 12 but wanted these to be a little loose and knew after washing and drying they would probably shrink slightly. These wash and dry perfectly, maintain their dark color, fit loose enough they are comfortable for working about the house which is what I bought them for. I wanted a loose fitting presentable 'house dress' and this is it. I could have possibly bought the L and it been snug but fine but for me, the XL was a great choice. Sleeves are short enough for Florida summer day and long enough that the 'old lady' skin at top of arm is not visible. Knee length and great v-neck which isn't too low to expose anything but not so high I feel like I am choking. Truthfully, I absolutely love these dresses and will not hesitate one minute to purchase again. Buy them and enjoy. Oh, do I wear them in public, no I haven't. That is not why I bought them and maybe the knee length would keep me from that since I prefer a long length for public but there is no reason why these cannot be worn to the grocery store, doctor's office or wherever.

I love this dress. I got it in black. It has a nice feeling to the fabric, and a simple style. It fit as expected. I'm 5'4, 137 lbs, and got the medium. I took away 2 stars because it's way too transparent. I'm keeping it because it's comfy, and I can wear something over it. However, the sad thing is that demise of our American textile mills, means that people are making billions producing sub-quality fabrics overseas, so that investors get a cut out of the middle. Seriously, has any woman actually said "yes, I'd really like for my bra and underwear to show through my clothes, then have the fabric pill or develop tiny holes." No. We have not said that. Shame. It's such a cute dress, if only they'd spent a few more dollars on better fabric.

I love these dresses. They are light weight, soft, wash (on cold) and dry (on low) well, and are perfect for packing. They don't come out super wrinkled and don't take up much space in a bag. I have 4 of these; 2 V neck and 2 scoop neck and wear them daily in the summer. These are the perfect summer staple. I'm a size 16/18 depending on the brand, 38 DDD and 5'4, and I got the XXL and it fits with room to spare. I could have gotten an XL and been fine, but I wanted it to not be clingy in the hot weather.

Pros: The fit is pretty good. I ordered a medium, I usually wear a sz 7, and it fit great. It's not too loose but not super clingy. The fabric is very soft and comfortable. Overall it's a great wardrobe basic that you can dress up or down. It's great for work, travel, etc. The sleeve length is good, it comes to about mid-bicep. Cons: The fabric is a little thin. It drapes nicely but I wouldn't mind a little more body to the fabric. It's not see-through though. This was my first "Daily Ritual" purchase. I'd but more from this line. I think they're using American quality control so the sizing is and quality is predictable. IMO the quality is similar to Uniqlo or similar mall brands. I've bought other Amazon clothing from International sellers and they're basically disposable clothes with completely random sizing.

This fabric is so soft and comfy. I wear it for around the house. But it diffantly could wear it out, with a full slip underneath. Or wearing a skin tune undergarments to blend in with your skin, to prevent someone seeing your undergarments.

This is my new favorite dress! I love the olive green color and if more colors go on sale, I’d totally buy them! I also love how this dress can just be thrown on and it makes a simple but beautiful outfit. The shape is perfect- very flattering and the v neck is also just right (not too low). It is dressy enough to dress up but casual enough to throw on sandals or a Jean jacket and go 😊 I’m totally in love! The only downside (and this is minor, really not too bad) is that this type of fabric does show underwear lines or bra lines a little so I throw on shapewear shorts or bike shorts underneath. I typically do that anyway so it’s not a big deal. The dress doesn’t wrinkle too much and hangs beautifully. I’ve already washed and dried it and it came out the same without shrinking. I’m on the petite side and the length is an inch or so above my knees but I love it. If you are questioning whether you should buy this dress do it! I feel like it could be flattering on anyone and it’s a timeless, classic style 😊
