Lock quality is good. The seller must have focused on packing it was bad... As the lock was heavy the box was fully crushed.

Ideal for house bathrooms and doors which does not need a key lock, as this lock comes without key. Quality is fair, comes in brass and is light weight it's been almost 3 months now and it is properly functioning even after it was installed by self.

This could be the most unsafe product available in the market today. I had purchased 4 of this lock for my bathroom doors and got the same installed. My age old mother (74 years) found herself locked inside because the lock failed. I just have my mother and I live in a different city for work. since today morning, I found it difficult to reach my mother on phone (which seemed different/unlikely). After many hours, I reached my neighbor and when they checked they realized that the situation. We had to call a carpenter home to get this fixed. The situation was very stressful and intense for me. My mother is emotionally broken, scared and paranoid through the many hours that she was stuck there. NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!
