I really enjoy this tea. It is not too strong of a taste It has small amount sweetener. Stevia. If you like more sweetness you can add a small of honey. I put small slices of fresh fruit like orange or lemon. I also put a sprig of fresh spearmint in the tea. I drink this iced during the day and hot early evening. I do not become jittery while drinking this tea. I really definitely purchase again.

I empty the tea bags into a steel tea ball because I hate bleached tea bags and do not want to consume bleach. I would prefer looseleaf gymnema tea, but this was the most cost-effective way to get the best price for this tea. Moreover, it helps keep my blood sugar level balanced!

Going to return as I have since read this has no effect on blood sugar or diabetes. I also do not want to use fake sugar like Splenda it raises blood sugar
