Excellent product (the smell and taste are a little strong).

Shockingly horrific taste, BUT works great! Anyone who says this tastes good, has something wrong with their taste buds. It smells like a powerful plant starter fertilizer. The ONLY way to take it is to put it in a shotglass of 100% welch's grape juice & shoot it down.

I used this product due to lack of energy and the fact that I have Polyneuropathy, which causes weakness. I was I started using the USDA Organic Vitamin B‑Complex (B5 Pantothenic Acid, B12 Methylcobalamin, and B1 Thiamine) because I struggle with low energy and Polyneuropathy, which often leaves me feeling weak. A friend recommended this product, and I’m glad I gave it a try. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels, although I’ve been taking it alongside a few other supplements. Another thing I appreciate is that it’s organic and contains no sugar—both big pluses for me. Overall, it has been a helpful addition to my routine.

This bottle of vitamins arrived well packaged. I have only been using them for two weeks and didn’t expect to see any visible changes in my energy or mood this soon, but I have to say B vitamins really came to the rescue and made me feel better quickly. They provide a fast delivery especially if they are absorbed as a sublingual also a strong protection for your nervous system. My anxiety seems a little lower. It taste great and is a better value for your money than a weekly shot of B-12

I’m giving this four stars because it does work well. I can totally feel a difference and I’ve only been on it for a week, but man, the taste is absolutely nasty! They have got to do something about that. It made my husband gag when he took it. I have a stronger stomach than that lol. I just keep a piece of chocolate or something on hand to hopefully wash the taste away quickly. But if you want something that works really really well. This is it. Just plug your nose as it goes down lol.
