I bought this for my mother, who suffers from sciatic pain in her leg. It was causing her immense distress and pain. I had given her a similar product in the past, but it was from a different brand and didn’t work very well. So, I decided to order this one, and it arrived the same night. She was amazed by how much it helped her. She keeps it on her leg to alleviate the pain, and it has been a real lifesaver for her. She found it to be more effective than the previous one. It adheres well to her skin, is easy to use, and she can simply charge it up. I don’t think she’s disappointed with it at all.

If you need it, this is remarkably useful, small and good. Main reason only four stars is the pads wander, unplug, or stick to the inside of your clothes all the time. The battery lasts a remarkable amount of time for being rated only 300mAh. Charge it (USB-C) and you can use it heavily for days before you have to even think about the battery. They should make phones. Phones that double as tasers. HOWEVER, the sticky pads wander with even slight motion, and while the electrodes require considerable effort to plug IN, they come unplugged for no reason at all. We finally duct-taped them so they CANNOT pull out. They need a locking clip or something. P17 and P21 are pretty good.

This TENS unit worked so well during the labor and delivery of my child! There really aren't words to express how thankful I was to have this product on hand and how much it helped me progress through labor to achieve the unmedicated plan I had in mind. This was a last minute purchase, so I didn't have a ton of time to get familiar with the product but that didn't matter at all. It was so easy to use and manage, the buttons make inherent sense, and it's conveniently sized, powerful, and comes with diverse settings to help find what works best for you. The nurses could not believe that I was managing my labor pains with just this device! 10/10 would recommend.

When the TENS first arrived I thought maybe this wasn’t such a great purchase. I was wrong. This is a very powerful and effective stimulator. The battery has never been recharged after 10+ uses and the pads are the best I’ve ever used. I think they will be good for 50 uses. I have never used more than 50% of full pulse power using this product. Comes with a set of 4 large and small pads and extras. For the cost this is definitely a good value.

Comments about battery life are false, unless you really need to be hooked up huge amounts of time, like 24/7! Real battery life: Charged it 1x weekly even though I only used 50% of capacity, this after about 3, three hours sessions (9hrs). Battery life is good for an active person using it for relief between workouts and dealing with low level chronic pain. So the battery comments may be applicable for someone with disability or severe pain who must jack themselves in for 8+ hrs a day or sleep with it on. For my needs: Portability: awesome. I like the permanent Velcro cable organizers. Modes: The pictograms for the modes aren't entirely intuitive, however the ability to switch modes is fast and easy. Trial and error will be necessary...you'll feel it when it's right. I appreciate the abundance of modes. Title: 3 in 1? This is a bit misleading. It's TENS and EMS. I have no idea what they mean by 3 in 1. Only 8 ems modes but several tens cause muscle contraction, so might as well be considered EMS. For EMS I'm not experienced with one of them, but the tens and EMS modes seem a little disappointing because I would like heavier/slow contractions. Maybe 1 or 2 modes accomplish something like that but are kind of uncomfortable. Takeaway: for pain and mostly TENS, fantastic value! Lots of bang for the buck! This is my 4th tens unit and my favorite so far.

A great little machine that really packs a punch! It's easy to use and has great safeguards to stop you overdoing it. Comes with everything you need and the battery life is great; it came fully charged and the battery hasn't gone down one notch yet even after a lot of use. If you're after a good reliable TENS machine for everyday use then I would definitely recommend this little beauty!

I purchased this TENS machine hoping for some relief from severe upper back and shoulder pain, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. I have tried Tylenol and even massages, but nothing seemed to reach the spots that hurt the most. This machine has been a total game changer. I feel instant relief when I use it, and I am finally able to sleep better without needing to take Tylenol for pain. The battery life is impressive and lasts for many days even with multiple uses. I also really appreciate the extras that come with it, including extra sticky pads, a placement pad to store and keep the pads clean, and a nice carry bag. There are plenty of settings and modes, which makes it easy to find what feels just right for my needs. If you deal with stubborn muscle pain and have not found relief elsewhere, I highly recommend giving this TENS machine a try.

Have only used it for about a half day but already feel like it's a great purchase. Very easy to use out of the box, lots of different settings, plenty of pads, solid battery life et al. Only thing potential downside is I feel the pads will likely lose there stickiness pretty quickly (one of mines already struggling) but for the price I definitely can't complain. Would 💯 buy again

Excellent product. Very powerful but you can adjust setting. Love the large pads.
