Purple Azalea Japanese Evergreen Shrub Outdoor Flowering Garden Plant in Pot (9cm Pot, 20-30cm)

I have had this now for almost 3 weeks. It has grown a little bit, is lovely and healthy looking and has even got a little flower on it. They arrived very well, wrapped in a sturdy box that was able to withstand the journey. The seller was very helpful too. Well worth the money in my opinion.

The plant arrived well watered - in fact the soil was heavily covered in moss, which was not a problem as I was going to replant it soon anyway. It looked rather battered the day it arrived. Although packaged carefully, the transport had had its impact - it must have been knocked about quite a bit. I left it in the garden to settle for 2 days. After that I replanted it into a bigger pot, and also put it inside. It looks very healthy so far. The photos show the plant a couple of weeks ago, after replanting it and putting it inside (it looks still very similar). The colour sadly isn't really purple, but rather pink. That is the only thing I'm disappointed about. If I had known, I would have opted for another colour.

A little more pricy than others, but always great quality. I’ve purchased from the supplier before and knew the plant would be healthy (as it was). Already flowering within the week and a shock of pink flowers looking vibrant and beautiful in a planter on my patio. Highly recommended.

It came in good packaging but it is tiny! It won’t be flowering until next year summer! I won’t be able to give further feedback at this stage but it is still looking good in the ground! Would I buy from them again don’t know yet! But if I consider how it was wrapped and arrived and if the plant was in good condition yes it ticks all buttons! However I wasn’t expecting a tiny plant!!

Why did you choose this product over others?: Needed a new colour

Unwrapping the plant was like Christmas in June; the greenery was vibrant, and it looked like it had just come from the Chelsea Flower Show. As a sales manager turned weekend gardener, I was chuffed with how healthy it arrived. It settled nicely in the large tub on my patio, and I swear it’s growing faster than my daughter’s toy collection. The packaging was robust, a touch overdone perhaps, but better that than a bashed-up plant. Some reviewers mentioned no labels and missing instructions, which would’ve been useful, but Google is ever the saviour. I did find the colour a smidge different from the photos—more a lively pink than the elusive purple I’d hoped for, but nothing worth crying over. One tip: ensure it gets ample sun. All in all, it’s become a charming addition to our garden, and I even get to call it my little success story!
