Firstly I loved doing this, it at times was somewhat tricky due to parts being small and fiddly but that was not a reflection on the product, just arthritis in my fingers! Also I ended up trying different glues as some things stuck straight away others did not and hence it got quite messy. Loved the finished model but found some of the bits did not align up very well but again think that was trying to get things to stick and my judgement of the positioning. The one thing I did find hard was that the instructions were very clear for all the little items but when it came to putting it all together and actually building the house the instructions to me did not seem as clear. Overall I would recommend this if you wanted an enjoyable challenge and have put in a request with family for another one for my birthday.

This is a great miniature set, it’s intricate in detail and beautiful when finished. There is a lot of work with the smaller items, would best to use craft tools if you don’t have any. The glue they provided is only helpful when sticking on the paper to the wood, otherwise I used Gorilla glue fast set. The instructions are in pictures and is easy enough to fall. This would make a lovely gift and is a great value for money. Just remember to take note or mark each set of the wiring as all in white, not grey and white as it says on the instructions.

I'm blown away by the detail in this. It was great fun to make and watch it come together, although you will need a stronger glue than it provides. Very small intricate pieces and patience required but its worth it, it looks amazing.

One of the more challenging kits I have done like this. There's a lot of wiring to put together. Overall I'm very happy with it and would recommend it. You will need a few tools to complete I used : tweezers to hold small pieces when glueing them, glue suitable for gluing plastic (beads) and for items that needed to be fixed well, Glue for paper and wood (PVA). There is some supplied but I already had some to hand, decent pair of small scissors, A screwdriver with a very small crosshead to screw the hinges, Snips to take off the sharp ends of the screws as they stick out of the back of the wood once screwed in properly, Scalpel to get wooden pieces out of the frames without breaking any of them, Bulldog clips to hold pieces together while they dry. Batteries (AAA x 2) are not included and are needed to test LEDs before they are fitted to the model. The instructions show a music box being fitted and an acrylic dust cover but these are not included. Some of the instructions are not clear so may need studying closer. Easy enough for a beginner if they have the patience. Takes a few hours to build. I added some small plants to the outside once it was finished.

Never again would I buy one of these i like to challenge myself but this is beyond a challenge it's enough to break someone that has alot of patience Everything has to be glued the glue is crap wood pieces broke when trying to pop them out so now I have an half finished build I'm so disappointed 😞

I bought this magic shop model as a gift for my mum, and it completely exceeded expectations! You really have to pay attention to the sequence of assembly, but the results are worth it. Parts fit together well, the wood is laser cut and with care there are no breakages! glue is not very good, I recommend UHU general purpose clear glue (also available on Amazon!). No parts missing, and it represents good value. Looks fantastic with the lights on. The lights are a bit tricky to connect - I used heat shrink rather than tape. A gift for the patient model builder.

Looks good, instructions could be alot better, the parts could be stronger, the small ones tend to break as you try and get them out even with great care taken, you need a craft knife as there is alot of cutting out of the paper sections which some are very fiddly,this is the first one I have had where you have to cut them out yourself, everything needs glued as even the wood parts dont fit together tightly so move if not glued, tweezers are you friend with this some parts are very small, going to take lots of hours due to being very fiddly cutting everything and glueing everything

Bellissima costruzione e impegnativa al punto giusto, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena e il tempo perso per la realizzazione.

I do a lot of these kits. This one was fun. Clear instructions. Lights work! ( some kits don’t work) . Great photos for instructions.
