Could this be used around a cable going into the eaves of the house to make it waterproof?

I don’t think it would be the best product to seal around a cable. Tho it may adequately do the job the process of working the putty to activate it would be a pain and get fiddly for that kind of use. The drying time may also cause issues with getting the correct seal. I’d just use silicone sealant and a gun to seal the cable instead. This Would do a much better job.

Can this be used to fill scratches on a car body

I believe so, I used it to repair a wing mirror that had been split in an accident. A tip: mix it well, it goes off very quickly and smooth it to almost the correct depth witha wet knife (spit).

Could I use this to fill old screw holes, & drill new ones for a tighter fit? (Kitchen cupboard hinges) Thanks

I would recommend cupboard hinge repair plates as I used these recently when I had a similar problem. Cheap, simple, quick and neat fix.
