I was worried that for the price it was going to be junk. No, this pan is awesome. really helps me out cooking for large groups. while this doesnt have a disc bottom, it is thick layered ss. works well on the induction stove. the only 14 inch pans I could find with disc bottoms were hundreds of dollars. I really glad i got this one. Used almost every night.
