I ordered the Ambrosial Zinc Picolinate supplements for myself and my husband. We take an increasing number of vitamin supplements everyday as part of a balanced diet and relatively healthy lifestyle. The product arrived well packaged and in good condition. The zinc supplements come in 30mg and 120 tablets should last us for 2 months. The high strength tablets support a better immune system for bones, hair, skin, and nails. We take 1 a day each and they are easy to swallow. The tablets don't appear to leave any after taste and are not chewy or chalky. I haven't noticed any visible improvements yet, but it is too early to say what the efficacy is like. Overall, great value for money.

I’m very happy with the zinc as it really does help your immune system your bones your skin your hair your nails this is an ideal pack size for the price as it will definitely keep you going for a long duration. They are very simple and straightforward to take no nasty aftertaste was detected when I was taking them very simple to add into your daily supplement intake and I would happily recommend.

I won't really see any major results till it's over however so far I feel better and my hair is healthier, my kneecaps don't click as much but they still do and to be honest it keeps coming back so not sure if it's working or just exercising contributing to the relief, we'll see.

I was recommended to take Picolinate by a nutritionist...I have to admit I felt better when taking this supplement. It helped ease brain fog, I felt better when training (boosted metabolism perhaps!). 2 month supply of this little pill is great 👍🏼
