Excellent quality
The media could not be loaded. You get what you pay for and this item is very well made. First I was impressed with the fact it was able to be used right out of the box. It's a well made piece of equipment. My intention is to use it as a posterior walker to assist with rehab but it's meant to be used in front of you but for our individual needs it's perfect.

Seat not adjustable.. big design flaw!!
We bought this rollator for my husband who is disabled and relies on a walker for mobility. We liked the idea that it provided comfortable seating and back support as opposed to his previous walker with a “cushioned” seat that prevented him from sitting in it for extended periods of time. Upon receiving the Seata it looked like a great investment..nice looking, lightweight but sturdy enough for my husband. We immediately realized a significant issue and unfortunately not fixable.. the seat is not adjustable. We knew this when we bought it but we read so many reviews about how comfortable the seating is we just overlooked it thinking it would be OK. Big mistake. In our estimation this is a huge flaw with this walker. The seat is a heavy duty mesh type fabric sling, hammock style that slopes toward the back of the chair.. it is low and not adjustable!! My husband is a big guy.. 6’2”, 250lbs and has Parkinson’s disease..we realized very quickly there was no way he could get out of this walker on his own. Because of his disability he has very weak legs and minimal core strength and you need this to get out of this chair. The seat is so low he cannot get the leverage needed to lift himself up to a standing position despite the adjustable handles. My husband can still walk and is not ready for a wheelchair.. our hope was this walker would provide him the stability to maintain a level of independence but not being able to get in and out safely is just not going to work. This I am sure is no problem for smaller, shorter people but for tall people with limited physical acuity this is a major design flaw. We are currently looking into having a custom made wedge shaped firm cushion that will fit this walker before we get rid of it altogether. This adds more cost and inconvenience by having to remove the cushion every time we want to toss it in the car for appointments, going out to eat etc. I myself am 4 weeks post op total knee replacement so I thought I would try this walker..I have much more mobility than my husband.. I am 5”7” and could not get out of the Seata without assistance. I would like to know if others out there have had similar experiences with this walker. Rant over!

Strongback Rollator - a life style changer!
My daily routine is so much easier with my Strongback Rollator! It rolls easily and smoothly. A comfortable, good sized seat, that has great support and I can sit and feel secure with the easy to use brakes. The handles fit nicely in my hands and adjust easily to my height so I can walk standing up straight. And it has a nice bag that attaches in two places for all my incidentals.A treat to have and use.Thank you Strongback!

Sadly, too unstable because of the light weight.
9 pounds vs every other try-wheel rolator I looked at averaging 4+ pounds heavier. So here’s the scoop… Doing errands (at all) can be exhausting, but tack on having to load and unload your rolator from the car with each stop, even an active 76 y/o… 76 is 76. My arms and back would get so fatigued. I love my four wheeler e-drive, but it is heavier. Fast forward about a month. After nearly falling several times, the last time was so close it really frightened me. I have not used it since. What I came to realize was the very quality I was buying it for, was also what made it unstable. If the basket was full of groceries, the added weight stabilized it a bit, but not enough. It’s also horrible on uneven ground. Have had it too long to return it and don’t want to risk someone else having and hurting themselves so I’m stuck with a loss. I’m rambling… bottom line , NO, I would NOT recommend it.

The "cadillac" of rollators, if people still say that.
Super duty rollator. The frame is solid and well designed. It's easy to pull up and fold for storage in a vehicle. The handle bar adjustments make it fit just about anybody. The main standouts on this rollator are the seat and the wheels. The wheels are a larger diameter than most. They travel well over bumps and ridged with ease. It also makes this good for outdoor use, going over uneven terrain. The seat is probably the most comfortable seat you will ever sit in. It cradles you and has plent of width to accomodate larger people. The back rest is very supportive and easily folds down for a better sightline. The brakes work well and every component on this seems to be made for longevity. The one thing I will say is this is a heavy unit and it's awkward to lift for the user. If you frequently have to lift up your rollator to get over lips or certain obstacles, this may not be for you. It's great for everything else.
