Yum. Just yum. And I don't know why, but it helps me sleep.

It tastes good and I love that there's no sugar; however, it doesn't dissolve completely and you're always left with grit.

To preface this, I love coffee and chocolate but I'm generally not a fan of mochas or otherwise chocolatey coffee drinks. I added some of this to my coffee this morning with a bit of honey and oat milk, and it was amazing. It added more of a spiced tasted than the overly sweet milk chocolatey-ness you get with a mocha. I tried it by itself in some hot water too, and while I would still add honey and maybe a little more powder than recommended, it's not bad that way either. But I think I'm going to be adding this to my coffee when I'm feeling indulgent. The main issue I have with this is that it has an icon on the front of the bag indicating it has no caffeine. Cacao naturally has some amount of caffeine in it, and even on the product comparison chart on the listing, it indicates it is not caffeine-free. This should be corrected on the product labeling.

I recently tried this Cocoa Crave mix, and it’s absolutely delicious! It’s the perfect combination of rich, smooth chocolatey goodness that satisfies my sweet tooth every time. The mix is super easy to prepare just add water or milk, and in no time, you’ve got a warm, comforting mug of cocoa. The flavor is fantastic—not too sweet, just the right amount of chocolate, and it has a creamy texture that makes every sip feel indulgent. I’ve enjoyed it both on chilly nights and as a treat after dinner. It’s become my go-to for whenever I’m craving something cozy and sweet. If you’re a chocolate lover, I definitely recommend giving this cocoa mix a try. It’s quick, delicious, and a perfect way to treat yourself!

I found Nature's Harvest Cocoa Crave mix to be the worst cocoa mix I've tried. Ever. It did not blend well regardless of the various beverages I tried it with, and the taste remained incredibly unappealing despite my efforts to improve it. The flavor lacked any richness or depth, was overly bitter, and had a gritty texture. I cannot vouch for its alleged health benefits given that I found it too unpleasant to continue drinking in the end--I couldn't even manage to chug it without cringing.

I'm crazy for chocolate! Who isn't? But I'm also committed to consuming clean ingredients. For those reasons, I was super excited to order this Cocoa Crave Mix promising a blend of superfoods and no sugar (or substitute sweeteners). While I'm all for that in theory, it was a jolt to taste the delicious-smelling powder and realize it's not sweet at all, similar to a baker's chocolate bar. The directions say to mix two or three teaspoons into your favorite hot or cold drink. First, I tried two spoonfuls in a mug of coffee and found that it was way too much, adding excessive powder that clumped and ruined my drink. So I spilled that out and started over with a fresh pot of coffee. This time, I added just one level teaspoon of mix to the grounds in my drip coffeemaker, then brewed. While not what the Nature's Harvest directions said to do, this strategy worked out great! This coffee doesn't have a distinctly mocha taste, but it might if I add more powder for the next pot. This round, the Cocoa Crave Mix definitely enhanced the coffee with a mellow new flavor all its own. It's really good. I look forward to experimenting more with this product.
