Used Product Delivered
Used product delivered and warranty expire only after 2 months, now no return available. It seems like I wasted my 1.4Lakh approx for the used product, where no return were made.

Omen beast VS GenZ Gal
Review after 6months:- This laptop was my crush as gals forgot to love back so i change my pov and its heavy as guy wants thick from gals it come with same specs and it last around 2hr but those 2hr will be the best of your life as gals talk to your 5 min and leave you in trauma for the rest of your life. performance is good as maximum gals unable to give even after talking to them for more than a yr. charger is heavy but can carry afterall youre sigma. yes spend money on this rather than gals as it will not lower your expectations. btw this baddie is imported and i got discount around 60-70k.

Resealed, opened unit recieved. Stopped working after 6 days
Revieved this unit on 30th of July. Noticed that the box had been resealed with tape. The side panels and vents of the laptop were bent as if someone had opened it before. Took it to class on 5th Aug and it didn't turn on. I tried everything, contacted hp support also. But it didn't turn on. Next day i tried one last time and it turned on. I am not paying 1.5 lac plus for an unrelaible old unit like this one. Met the HP care representative and he told me that the laptop clearly had been opened before. I admit i made a mistake buying from amazon, should've bought from HP official website.

Poor performance
Battery backup only 1 and half hour, When playing a game. After 1 hour of use laptop start to hang. Poor performance.

Unfortunately received old product .Warranty was to expire on 13 June 2025.
