Is the purple supposed to look brown? How did other reviewers get the true purple color?

The purple does not look brown to me. I have not had to use anything else with it and its vivid and is a plum color.

Is this liner a dark brown? Not chocolate though?

Can you use this liner on the waterline?

my guess is if you put it on your waterline with other eyeliner brands, you should be able to on this brand, because the description of this one basically says this is organic(vegan)
