We received a defective item

I had bought a kitchenaid 25 years ago, it was time for a new one. The product is still made right. I love it for I love to cook and bake.

I hated spending the extra money to get the color I wanted but so glad I did. just got it and did 2 different things so far and it is going to work very well for me and my husband to make things together.

We bought this appliance since my 13 year old daughter had become interested in baking for the past 6 months. We have only had it for a month but have used it several times. It really makes baking alot easier. She has made the homemade pizza dough and it was excellent and several baked goods, plus we used the whisk to whip fresh whipped cream and it made it so much easier than standing holding a hand mixer for a long time. The only comment is that it is heavy. I had made a place for it on a shelf in the basement but given the weight, have just kept it on the counter. The nice thing it is very nice looking. The grip on the bottom is amazing but don't plan to slide it across the counter to get it closer to you as it won't budge. Given my daughter is 13, she has found it easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Solid and reliable machine. Great fir bread and pizza dough, whipping egg whites or whipped cream, cookie dough, etc.
