This shampoo makes my hair soft and I do like the smell. Will buy this again in the future.

Upon arrival the shampoo bottle, it had leaked out of the cap and into the bubble wrap bag. The bottle was all soapy. Because the bottle is dark I don't know how much I lost. I tried to contact them but Amazon wanted me to return the product only and they would ship me a new one. But I wasn't sure if the same thing would happen again or not. I decided to cut my losses. I haven't tried it yet but I also bought the "Leave-in Treatment and Detangler" and I really do like that. I had chemo a 1 1/2 ago and the ends of my hair are very curly and dry. I even think the other hair is dry too but the curls at the ends get in bad knots (rats) and I needed something to help keep them from doing that. It seems to do the trick and it smells really good too.

While I am a fan of Earthly Body products and the mks eco line, I was sent the wrong product three times. After receiving the third wrong item, I gave up and ordered a different shampoo. The mks eco line itself is awesome, and I would recommend the shampoo. It cleanses well, smells earthy/spicy and comforting, and makes my hair soft and healthy feeling.
