Easy to use great value good quality can be used without looking at what your doing especially if your out walking with it on. Only downside is didn't need the extra gel as was suggested as it doesn't need them

Works as expected albeit with most settings being a bit underwhelming. Would have given 3 stars for that but it gets 4 due to it being rechargeable.

I’ve never used anything like this. I’ve just started so can’t comment on results yet. Comfortable and stays in place but instructions let this down I had no idea what the different modes were or anything having to google it just to make sense of what I was doing

Best I've tried, have it on for hours at a time as I work from home, even at a low comfortable setting between 5 and 8 (think it goes up to 20 + ) I've seen a huge diference in tone, also bateries seem to last forever...

I purchased approx 3 months ago and use it on average once a week meaning I've used it say 15 times.It was great at first. The main belt having the individual pads and getting the sides too (for sizing I'm a 30in waist).After just 3 months (max 15 uses) the main belt has become weak. Even on the highest setting (25) I can feel it but it's like it being on setting 5. The chargable units are charged and I have tried all 3 chargable units to the same outcome so its certainly the belt.I kept the belt on a flat surface so it wasn't constantly folded over to try to help preserve its life which hasn't succeeded.The small belts still currently work as expected thus 2 stars.I purchased one at a slightly higher price in the hope it would have the longevity so I'm disappointed at the failure after little use.Being approx 3 months, I don't believe it is returnable despite it not lasting a reasonable amount of time.

I would have liked it to be a little bigger , it only just fits Me, but hopefully in time with using it , I will slim down a bit , I'm 6ft 4 and 19 stone so I'm well built, the belt just about fits around my waist.It's a lightweight, easy to clean and wipe down material, it can get a little sweaty when wearing for long periods, it's a strange feeling when using but you soon get used to it and there are different levels of intensity and training modes to select.I've used it for 15 mins at a time as recommended, the next day you can feel that your muscles have been worked , so it definitely has an impact on muscles.It's easy and straightforward to use and attach together , nothing complicated, just select your desired settings and sit back whilst wearing twice a day.I think it may take some time but I'll continue to use it daily , it's comfortable and lightweight , adjustable , the performance is good, but I think it will require perseverance and patience to see results but I do believe they will come.

Easy to use and very effective.Doesn't feel like you are doing all that much but next day you can really feel the muscle you have worked.I use it in conjunction with my regular training and a calorie controlled diet. Great results.Very happy customer.

Very good product but unfortunately had to return due to my fault, I did not consult my GP before ordering.Will order again once I have recovered. Thank you for no hassle return
