Worked great. Still using it three years after purchase.

It was difficult to find a nice 14” bike in a style my daughter would like as all of the licensed princesses come in 12”/16” skipping right over 14”. I will say the bike is very nice, the tires are slightly more off white than they appear in the photo but looks nice. Assembly was not too difficult with the exception of a few of the pictures being oddly angled, and the QR code to link to an assembly video was broken/useless. Only issue was the hand brake was not on correctly but I was able to figure that out!

Arrived missing the connector piece to mount the doll seat onto the bike seat. Which the doll seat was the specific reason we ordered this particular bike. There are no options to just request one be sent. I would have to send the entire bike back, which I already assembled, and original box came damaged so I would also have to buy/find a big enough box to ship it back in. I assembled in order from the instructions, is why I did not notice the missing piece until entire bike was assembled. Now I have a very disappointed little girl who just wanted to ride her new bike with her babydolls. Guess i'll be figuring out another way to mount/spend more money to buy something that I can try to mount doll seat with. Would not recommend for anyone to buy unless you don't mind paying for things you don't actually get. Seen in a lot of reviews parts and pieces missing for these bikes. Very disappointing. Outside of that, it's just not the best quality either, issues with the training wheels staying in place, overall sturdiness is not great.

We had this bike for almost 6 month and it’s as sturdy and rides smooth just when we got it. My daughter loves it. It’s a steel construction, so it’s a bit heavy but I think it’s better for young children given its shock absorption and stability. It’s also so adorable with its basket and the doll seat behind. It came disassembled so it took my husband a while to put it together as instructions were not so clear.

Cute bike and my daughter loves it however first ride the breaks came off. We replaced and will try again hoping to say it was user error putting them on...

Great Quality bike for the price!

Bought this for my 3 year old daughter and she loves it. It’s the perfect size for her, she is on the taller side. She loves being able to put her doll in the back. I wish the strap on the baby seat was better as it comes undone occasionally with her larger doll. Good quality for the price. Would buy again

Adorable bike. My 6 year old loves it. Seems to run smoothly so far. Putting it together was a pain. The instructions are unclear and maybe lost in translation. The pictures are really blurry and don’t really clarify anything. Setting up the brakes was the most complicated part. I had to remove the front tire and reinstall it after 30 minutes of going over the instructions repeatedly trying to figure out what I missed. Turns out I had to rotate everything but the instructions didn’t make it clear. I resorted to watching a YouTube video on the installation and even that was quick and unclear. They really did bare minimum on installation instructions and didn’t care to explain anything. If they had better assembly instructions, I’d rate it higher.
