Libby's Chicken Vienna Sausage in Chicken Broth, Canned Sausage, 4.6 OZ (Pack of 6)

Vienna Chicken sausages is a new one on me. These do have a slight aftertaste of chicken. These can be eaten right out of the can, which is what I did as soon as the order containing these was delivered to my door. I've been having teeth issues, and was looking for soft chew edibles. This product fit my bill perfectly. There is a small element of protein, iron, calcium and potassium. One can of these filled a much needed empty void. Despite the sodium content, these did not taste overly salty, but those who suffer dehydration issues should proceed with caution...

I enjoyed it. Very similar to the regular variety in my opinion. Just the slightest "chickeny" flavor to it that doesn't really stand out very much. After a few it's basically just like eating the regular variety. But there's a little background difference in taste for sure. I wouldn't buy it "just for the chicken" taste. It's noticeable but not by any great measure. Kind of one of those products you consume and just ask "Why?"That said Vienna sausages are very tasty and these are no exception. Fun to try once I guess. Don't think I'll be switching to these away from the regular variety from the same brand, though. Eh who knows.

My kids, dogs, cats and i love these. This don't taste like the use to when I was little.My mom use to put these in her bag when we was going to be gone all day & she didn't know is we would be around stores or restaurants where we could purchase food & if those places would be pricey.I do the same now as a mini snack. I pack it to go to the park or cook it in some rice, amongst other things.The bad thing about this is sometimes the juice gets on you and I wouldn't walk around with the smell all day if i was you. You roughly get 6 but sometimes the middle one isn't there. I contacted the makers and they said they don't give the middle one no more but I order this enough to know that that's a lie. I believe they try to skim us to cover cost.

Perfect snack or add to rice and beans

Every now and then I buy my dog something different. When I saw this, at first I said no way, then I bought a couple of cans. I gave my furry friend one sausage smashed with his medicine and he ate it up. I put the rest in a small bowl and placed it in the refrigerator. I will give him one for next 4 days until gone. Very good product. Beware of the sodium contents.

These are downhill but with a good dose of mustard, pickles, they are gone. 3.4 Stars.

I couldn’t find this product at grocery store. I prefer the chicken over the original flavor. Good price!
