I have the bread and meat knives. I use them for trips and camping. They are long enough, and fold nice for safety and compactness. Super sharp. Not some high end German job, but they work nicely!

Great knife, very sharp ...

This folding bread knife is awesome. We use it to cut and share croissants and other pastries. No more bludgeoning pastries with plastic coffee shop "knives." Keep it in the car glove compartment. It's very sharp so be careful. (I cut myself twice.) After a few months and around 25 cuts it's still very sharp. Just remember to cut on a soft surface.
