This is the only product I will use when I get a cold sore. It's fast actinng and within a day it has cleared up my cold sore .

I started using this brand when in college (1965). Have tried other brands over the years and always go back to zilactin because it works and works fast.

I am a dental professional I was told about this from a colleague when I mentioned I had a canker sore. I was shocked that my cold sore went away within 2 days of using it! I use it on my kids as well as recommend it to my patients. Does it burn a little when applying it on the first day- yes, but only for a few seconds. It creates a barrier which helps give relief. By day two you'll notice a big difference and by day three it's pretty much gone. I really wish they sold this in stores, but since they don't I stock up on it. I keep one in our medicine cabinet and another in the emergency kit that we take on our trips just in case.
