Substandard product. Stains and scratches developed with a day of usage. The coffee acquired a strange taste when poured into this tumbler. Also the stickers had been removed from the davara indicating that it was either returned or defective. Anyway we already returned one set as defective and the replacement was equally bad.

I bought two of them one has proper engraving. One doesn’t the one in the photo. You see might look like the interview interview is looking good, but it is not seems like it’s getting manufactured from some third-party because there were some sticker stains too. If a company is not really concerned about the quality control, there are simply taking their customers for granted. We should avoid such companies.
