Yes, indeed whenever I have any problems be it the back of my neck, sore shoulder or even my lower pack I whip out one of the wraps. I have lots of them for those "just in case" moments. They are little bit on the expensive side but any other similar product does not work as well. I think these have a lot of value for the spend and they work for 8 hours and sometimes a bit more.

These work great, they stay put and hot for long periods of time. Enough to help really bad aches and pains. I have been using these for many years.
