Really good set of tapes. I play volleyball and quite often having fingers injuries. This tape is good to prevent injury or help deal with it after. Stick to skin very well just avoid putting any lotions under.

great tape for sports, its strong, lasts well and easy to apply. Lovely colours too. Dont irritate the skin and they work exactly as they say they do.

I am currently on my third order of these. I've had plantar fascitis for a number of years and tried many things to ease the pain. This has been one of the best options so far. In fact it's been so good that I don't need to wear the tape as often anymore. The tape is great quality. I love that it has the grids marked on the back of the tape to allow you to cut evenly sized strips. There are a number of videos online showing different ways to use the tape. Remember to trim the corners to round them so that the tape sticks better. Also spreading oil (I use baby oil) over the tape can help make it easier to remove.

Feels supportive whilst it lasts but comes off quickly, cheap so probably to be expected but will not be buying again

I love and hate this product. It worked amazingly well, eases pain and discomfort. I tried it on a subluxed shoulder. However, you can't put it on yourself (depending on where you need it), and my skin had a bad reaction to it which is something to bare in mind. I'm not allergic to everyday plasters, but this gave me a rash and spots which took some time to clear up. It would be 5 stars if my skin didn't react and I could actually continue to use it.
