No real effect except it makes you feel tired after a couple of hours

Supposedly has high caffeine content, which was the reason I wanted it. No effect whatsoever. Also it's claimed to be good for the skin (with which I had no problem). The only health effect I have noticed is that I am now coming out in spots! I accept that may be an unlucky coincidence, but I wouldn't recommend them.
